At our nature hotel in Bavaria, you can look forward to a holiday based on a carefully thought-out concept. What does that mean in practice? We respect not only the culture and traditions of our region, but also the countryside and its inhabitants. At the breakfast table, during a Bavarian snack break and at the gourmet evening buffet, we serve the finest produce and the most exquisite flavours, sourced predominantly from our local area: sausages from the butcher round the corner, cheese from the natural cheese dairy, bread, pretzels and rolls from the baker, and eggs from neighbouring farms. In the rooms, suites, garden suites and all other areas of our nature hotel in Germany, our wood-chip heating system – fuelled by wood offcuts from local joinery workshops and timber removed due to pest infestation by local farmers and foresters – ensures a cosy warmth. And thanks to our photovoltaic system, around 23% of the energy we use every day in the hotel and at the SENSES Spa is generated on-site from solar power. So we have not only created a stylish hotel, but above all a retreat that is consciously close to nature.
