Your room, suite, or garden suite is ready for you from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival – and earlier whenever we can manage it. Arriving earlier is generally possible: get to know the wonderful retreats of the BERGEBLICK in advance, or start your time out with a beauty treatment. Depending on the number of guests, you can also enjoy our SENSES Spa ahead of check-in for an additional €35 per person.

We kindly ask you to vacate your accommodation by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. But your time out doesn’t have to end there: for a fee of €35 per person you can continue to enjoy our SENSES Spa until 3p.m. and say goodbye to the Prealps in your own time.

Yes – if you’re travelling by train or bus, we’ll gladly pick you up from your point of arrival. Please let us know your planned arrival time in good time, at least two days before you travel. That way your pick-up is ready and waiting and your holiday begins on the drive up to the Wackersberger Höhe.

We serve freshly prepared delicacies throughout the day. These are the times:

• 8 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.: our delicious regional breakfast with a wide variety of dishes
• 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.: home-baked cakes and sweet treats from our display case
• 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.: our indulgent buffet with regional specialities, complemented by starters and desserts (closed on Sundays)
• 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.: small snacks and cool drinks in the SENSES Sundowner Lounge with rooftop bar (closed on Sundays)

No – flexible pleasures are what we’re all about. You don’t have to commit to half board in advance, and there’s no need to hurry back from the mountain pasture because dinner is calling. You can enjoy our buffet from 6 p.m. entirely as you please; everything freshly prepared, seasonal, and regional.

Yes, you can hire our e-bikes for wonderful tours straight from the hotel at any time during the cycling season. Four Hercules e-mountain bikes and two Hercules e-SUVs are available to you. The hire charge is €30 per bike for the whole day. Our tip: reserve before you arrive, because the bikes are popular.

We welcome all guests aged 14 and over. For the third person in the room we charge only 50% of the price – this applies exclusively to young people aged 14 to 17, not to adults. A third person is possible in our JUNIOR SUITES and ROOFTOP SUITES.

Yes, your four-legged friend is warmly welcome, provided they fit in with our concept of peace and leisure. We charge €35 per night for your dog (food not included). Please understand that dogs are not permitted in every area – in particular not in the SENSES Spa or the SENSES House. Dogs must be kept on a lead across the entire grounds, and a maximum of one dog per room or suite is allowed.

Yes, registering your dog is essential. As we only have a limited number of rooms and suites available for dog owners, we cannot otherwise guarantee your stay with your pet. So please let us know about your four-legged companion when you book.

There are several dog-friendly rooms as well as one suite with direct access to the garden. Ideal for you and your dog are our three GARDEN SUITES: with a private garden, their own small pool, wonderful privacy, and easy access to the dog exercise area. Dogs are not permitted in the BERG or WALD Suite. Our tip: choose a GARDEN SUITE!

Various walking and dog-walking routes start directly outside the hotel door and lead you and your dog to the most beautiful spots in the Tölzer Land and the Bavarian Prealps. Right next to the hotel we’ve also created a large separate, fenced-in section of garden where your dog can run free. You’ll find a dog station a short walk from the hotel at the hikers’ car park.

We’d much rather you rebooked than cancelled: if something comes up, you can move your stay to another date free of charge. Otherwise, the following applies:

• Up to 48 hours before arrival: cancellation free of charge
• After that: 90% of the total amount booked
• In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show: 90% of the total amount for the booked days not taken up

We accept all common Maestro, debit, and credit cards – with the exception of American Express. You’re also welcome to settle your hotel bill conveniently by bank transfer.
